1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In case of high order volumes or unexpected delays, we will contact you immediately via email to keep you updated.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 Business Days.

  • Express Delivery: 2 to 3 Business Days.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over a specific cart value, which will be highlighted on our checkout page.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required to file a claim with the courier service.
